We specialise in Web 2.0 Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). We offer ERP consulting and implementation services based on many years of working with MRP and ERP in a wide variety of manufacturing environments. We build applications with AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript and XML), and have tools and skills to assemble them quickly and efficiently.

Currently we actively operate two AJAX SaaS applications of our own:

• Track Heat, an inventory tracking system
• Call Tracker, a do not call list (DNCL) compliance aid

Our products are based on Open Source to provide the lowest total cost of development and ownership possible. The platform for our services incurs no direct licensing costs for commercial application development or use and employs components that are stable, well integrated and highly scalable. We believe this offers the best approach for ourselves and for our customers.

Track Heat is a webservices based system to aid ISO compliance using barcode technology for inventory, document and chemistry tracking by heat lot in a steel roll processing and remanufacturing environment. It is particularly suitable to the manufacture of slit coils, tubing, sheets, bars, beams and stampings. It would potentially be useful in similar industries such as wire and paper manufacturing that make coils and turn them into lot bundles. For details see www.trackheat.com.

Call Tracker is designed to aid compliance with the Canadian DNCL (do not call list) regulations introduced in September of 2008. It supports a company DNCL and provides contact management for permission based marketing. By combining the NDNCL, company DNCL and contact data you can easily identify whether or not any number is safe to call, and why.
