We offer two alternative delivery modes for our route sales software.

• Web Services
• Telnet

In both cases the data is stored in a database on a remote server, and the handheld is used to interface to the data online and in real time. Receipts, invoices and other transaction tickets print on a printer attached to the handheld.

Since any computer attached to the internet can access our server where this software is located, anyone with internet service anywhere in the world can experience either demonstration. The Web version of the software is directly accessible using your internet browser. For a demo of the telnet software you must first request a user name and password for access to our server. Please note:

• the demos run on our server
• the response rate you get may differ from what you would experience on an actual wireless handheld
• the Telnet demo should be faster in most instances
• the Web Services demo has a graphical user interface (GUI)
• the demos differ significantly from one another in several other respects
• the sales process screen displays are optimised to fit a PocketPC device
• the invoice format is optimised for a 40 column POS printer so that is how it will appear on your screen

The invoice can be readily changed to suit individual requirements. The dialogue can be customised to suit particular requirements. The demo is based on the sale of snack foods - it can be easily adapted to suit many other types of route sales activities.
